Born and raised in West Texas, I grew up being encouraged to pursue my artistic talents. I started out recording commercials for my father's radio station at age 4 and ballet at age 6. In my early teens, I became interested in improv and musicals which brought me into the world of theatre. I find love in making audiences smile, laugh, and feel emotionally involved with the work happening on stage, and that's what drives me, so I keep going with it.
I have had the privilege of performing all over San Angelo with Central High School and Angelo Civic Theatre, and now at the University of Texas at Arlington with the Maverick Theatre Company. I also have the honor of being one of the leaders of Flight 12, the Maverick Theatre Company's improv troupe. I'm about to start my last semester with the MTC and am graduating May 2014.
When not working in performance, I love to draw for Elia in a Box Comics. It's my personal comic that I've been working on for over 6 years.
